Pandemic - Blessing In Disguise?
So you’re stuck at home and you have no clue if your job will still be waiting for you when this ordeal is over?
It’s easy to feel stressed, or even depressed right now. After all, the foreseeable future is uncertain for most, including me. But, could this be a blessing in disguise? I think so.
Let’s put the worry and fear aside for a moment and think about this from another perspective.
This could be, if you so choose, a blessing the likes if which you have never seen. That is, if you are willing to lean in a bit.
I often say this during down times in business or market pullbacks and I think it also applies to our personal lives in times like this.
“We work in the business when business is good, and we work ON the business when business is slow”

In fact, we are not busy and neither is any other bail bonds company in Oklahoma, or attorney for that matter. But, the slow times give us an opportunity to prepare for an unprecedented bounce back.
How does this apply to you? Well hold on to your hat because I am about to help you change your life.
Let me begin with this question.
What is more important, time or money? Think about that for a minute. You don’t need me to go on and on about what people say with their last dying breath, do you?
If you said time is more important than money, congrats! You have just been blessed with an abundance of life’s most priceless and precious commodity, TIME!
My second question is this:
What is the best investment a person can make? I will cut to the chase and give you the answer.
The best investment you can make is an investment in yourself… your health, your wealth, your relationships, YOUR FUTURE!
And now that you have free time, how can you invest this extra time in yourself for a better and brighter future?
Here are some things to think about.
· What skill would you like to learn or improve? I am working on my public speaking, content creation and learning lots of new stuff about the stock market.
· Do you have a small business idea? Start planning! The future is less scary when you are optimistic! Not to mention, this is really the only way to stop trading your precious time for less valuable monetary returns such as the American dollar.
· If you are a business owner, spend this time working ON your business i.e. marketing, content, website, PR, etc.
· If there is one thing in this world that you would like to be the very best at, what would it be? Try brainstorming for a bit. I always say that it takes 20/50 bad ideas to birth a single good one. Your answers will shed light on where to begin. Utilize youtube, find e-books and join relative facebook groups.
The point is this. You can sit around worried, feeling depressed and stressed that your life may not go back to the exact same way it was, or you can flip the script and makes sure it gets way better. It’s up to you.
You can see this pandemic as an opportunity to create a better future for you and your family, there is no reason not to seize the opportunity, right?
When we are optimistic about the future we feel motivated, excited, and hopeful. Wouldn’t that be a nice change for some people during these times?
